Non Stick Roller
The Aqueel is made from a durable, micro-cellular polyurethane material that compresses as it contacts the ground, but resumes its original shape as it releases from it.
This enables it to shrug off any soil picking up on it, so it 'runs clean' and does not need scrapers, which makes it ideal as the rolling element of power harrow combination drills. Farmers using it in this role report higher output because the down-time spent unblocking, adjusting and replacing scraper blades is greatly reduced.
Water Management & Erosion Protection
When used with a range of cultivators, sub-soilers and vegetable bed-formers and planters, the Aqueel presses a lattice of divots into cultivated soil.

Aqueel rollers are available as complete rollers up to a maximum width of 4m.
Any size of machine can be matched by a combination of individual rollers i.e. if you have a 6m machine you can fit two 3m Aqueel roller sections or three 2m sections. The Aqueel roller comes complete with a pair of stub axle assemblies, including 50mm SIMBA flange type bearings. Aqueel rollers can be purchased with or without framework. |
